Dr. Liu is a Clinical Assistant Professor at National Defense Medical Center.

Dr. Liu received his medical degrees from National Defense Medical Center. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Tri-Service General Hospital, National Defense Medical Center. Dr. Liu completed his Master degree from Graduate Institute of Microbiology and Immunology, National Defense Medical Center. He received his Ph.D. degree from Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, National Defense Medical Center.

Dr. Liu subsequently completed his reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship training at Division of Infertility, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Taipei Medical University Hospital. Then he went to the U.S. as a visiting fellow at the Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility at Weill Cornell Medical College/New York Presbyterian Hospital.

His major research interests included pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, frozen embryos, dual trigger, gene polymorphism, fertility preseervation and male infertility in reproductive medicine. He has published many research papers in reproductive medicine and also serves as a reviewer of several international journals. He is also an invited speaker on topics in assisted reproductive technology and hormone replacement therapy.
